      The question catches Chuuya off guard from where he sits, lounging across the couch in his apartment and trying not to notice the way Atsushi seems to be disecting him with that bicoloured gaze of his.With a sigh, the executive sits up, scrubbing a hand across his eyes as he tries to formulate a response.

      They really are  —   That last one more than he really cares to admit.  Chuuya can see himself in Atsushi’s dedication to the man who took him from the lowest possible rung in society and gave him strength,  a place to belong.  Sure,  the man who did the same for Chuuya is long gone,  and the one who stands in his place is unworthy of such devotion,  but he still understands it.

Shizuba, due to being ill most of the time, was one of those kids who never really turned up to school. Due to his long absence, there were rumours circulating the school of him being dead. 

So when Shizuba turned up to school after months of being away, he was mistaken for a new student. Which... He wouldn’t blame anyone, since today technically was his first day. Funnily enough. 

Once all the students were gathered, the somewhat timid boy made his way towards the board.

“My name... Is... Shizuba.”

He’d say as he wrote his kanji. His writing was neat to the point where it looked like printed text. He debated on whether he should crack a joke and say he’s not dead, but he swallowed those words. 

Having nothing else to say, he looked at the teacher who pointed him to the empty desk beside Mokuba’s.

Shizuba isn’t used to talking to kids his age. This is super awkward. Once getting to his desk and setting his bag down, he offered Mokuba a shy smile.

“Hi, it’s n-nice to meet you. What’s your name?”

a sigh leaves her lips with a sign of uncertainty. her amber gaze is directed towards VI as she works on whatever task held. almost anxiously, she taps her fingers along her shoulder. 'are you sure you're doing the right thing, Caitlyn?'

The Dragonblade sat to her left as the Duchess stared forward. Her hands softly trembled, she wondered why. But she could feel what she felt. The anxious aura, along with uncertainty and worry. She watched Vi as she did her tasks that she offered to do. Her eyelids fell, thinking about the question.

“Doing the right thing?” She asked in an echo, her eyes watched down at Vi. Even though she was not of this world anymore. Her heart may not beat, but she felt a warmth to it.

“I know you are uncertain, Riven. But, I shall be fine. I know you are merely very concerned but Vi…” she paused she then took a breath. “If this is the wrong thing to do, so be it..” She then watched Riven. “I could ask the same…Don’t you want to see Talon?”@ofdraconian
